To enter contest you must:
(1) Pass the FSOT
(2) Fill out drawing form on right

Instructions:
(a) Input the score you received on each of the multiple choice sections
(b) Input the score you received on the essay
(c) Input email address:  If you win, we will ask for your mailing address and shirt size preference (available in medium, large and extra large)
(d) Fill out a short review of the book.
